I've lived in Vancouver, Calgary and Saskatoon since adulthood. Calgary I manage as a walker, but Vancouver was a walking mecca. I had no reason for public transit or a car. It was glorious. Your guess is as good as mine. I took the bus once and somehow ended up at the Exhibition Grounds and swore off public transit ever since.
