Sometimes art imitates life. This strip is pulled directly from a happening from my every day life. As I was walking down the street the other day, this shirtless guy stops me asking for fifty cents. This guy was drunk off his ass and unable to stand up straight. The number of smart ass comments that ran through my head are enough to make a nun swear. My response was “Sorry, I don’t have any cash on me” which was a total lie, I had a fairly decent amount of cash, but if anybody is getting liquor out of my funds it’s going to be me. It also shows that I’m a huge wuss because there’s no way in hell I’d say that to a shirtless drunk out of fear of him beating me. But on the internet, I’m all macho and crap.
