Hey, did you hear that the Saskatchewan Roughriders won the Grey Cup? A better question is, do you care? I sure don’t. Yet people seem to want to talk about it even though I have no interest in the subject at all. I think I should start going up to people and start talking about things I’m interested. “How about that latest issue of Green Lantern, Hal Jordan’s pretty bad ass” or “Man I just beat Through The Fire and The Flames on hard”. And I would get the strangest looks, but if I say “How about *local sports team* they are pretty good this year” it’s perfectly acceptable. Some times I think I should just give up the whole being a nerd thing and learn what a “push up” is, start wearing jerseys and actually talk to girls. Or not, that sound like entirely too much work and I am quite comfortable in my groove and my nerd rage. Nerd Rage, it’s what fuels the internet!
